“Vahid Sağlamlıq” mentorluq proqramı insan, heyvan, bitki sağlamlığı, eyni zamanda ətraf mühit arasında mövcud olan qarşılıqlı əlaqələri vahid yanaşma çərçivəsində dərk edən gələcək mütəxəssislərin hazırlanmasına yönəlmiş strateji inkişaf proqramıdır. Proqram müvafiq sahələrdə təhsil alan seçilmiş tələbələri bir platformada birləşdirərək, onları kompleks düşünmə bacarığına malik, sistem qavrayışı güclü və qərarvermə proseslərinə hazırlıqlı kadrlar kimi formalaşdırmağı hədəfləyir. Bu proqram klassik təcrübə və ya təlim formatından kənara çıxaraq idarəçilik, elmi yanaşma və qlobal çağırışlar üzrə strukturlaşdırılmış mentorluq modelidir.

“Vahid Sağlamlıq” mentorluq proqramının missiyası qida təhlükəsizliyi və ictimai sağlamlıq sahələrində gələcək çağırışlara cavab verə bilən, sektoral deyil, sistem yanaşması ilə düşünən gənc mütəxəssislər formalaşdırmaqdır. Proqram insan, heyvan və bitki sağlamlığı ilə ətraf mühit arasında mövcud olan əlaqələrin düzgün dərk edilməsini təmin edərək, bu sahələrdə çalışan kadrların yalnız texniki biliklərlə deyil, həm də strateji baxış, analitik düşüncə və qərarvermə bacarıqları ilə inkişafını hədəfləyir.
Azərbaycan Qida Təhlükəsizliyi Agentliyi və Azərbaycan Qida Təhlükəsizliyi İnstitutunun institusional təcrübəsinə əsaslanan bu proqram gənc kadrların beynəlxalq “One Health” yanaşmasına uyğun şəkildə hazırlanmasını və gələcəkdə ölkənin qida təhlükəsizliyi sistemində aparıcı rol oynaya biləcək potensialın formalaşdırılmasını təmin edir.
“Vahid Sağlamlıq” mentorluq proqramı iştirakçılara sadəcə bilik deyil, peşəkar ekosistemə inteqrasiya imkanı yaradır:
- Qida təhlükəsizliyi, heyvan sağlamlığı, bitki sağlamlığı və ictimai sağlamlıq sahələrinin qarşılıqlı əlaqələrinin öyrənilməsi imkanı;
- FAO, WHO, WOAH, EPPO və Codex Alimentarius kimi beynəlxalq təşkilatlarla qarşılıqlı əlaqələrin öyrənilməsi imkanı;
- Qərarvermə mexanizmlərinin öyrənilməsi imkanı;
- Müvafiq sahələrin inkişafı üzrə strateji təhlil və planlaşdırma mexanizmlərinin öyrənilməsi imkanı;
- Azərbaycan Qida Təhlükəsizliyi İnstitutunun rəhbər vəzifəli şəxsləri ilə stukturlaşdırılmış mentorluq;
- Müvafiq sahələr üzrə spesifik nəzəri və texniki biliklərin təkmilləşdirilməsi imkanı;
- Proqramın əhatə dairəsi üzrə beynəlxalq və yerli ekspertlərin apardığı master-klaslar və peşəkar inkişaf sessiyalarında iştirak etmə imkanı ;
- Müvafiq sahələr üzrə ölkənin aparıcı ekspertləri ilə davamlı peşəkar əlaqələr (networking);
- Gələcək karyera istiqamətinin erkən mərhələdə aydınlaşdırılması
“Vahid Sağlamlıq” mentorluq proqramı 12 həftəlik ardıcıl və standartlaşdırılmış inkişaf modeli əsasında həyata keçirilir. Proqram mentorluq, texniki biliklərin təkmilləşdirilməsi-tətbiqi və tematik master-klas və sessiyalar mərhələlərindən ibarətdir və hər bir iştirakçının ixtisas istiqamətinə, ehtiyaclarına və gələcək motivasiyasına uyğun olaraq fərdi inkişaf xətti üzrə həyata keçirilir.
Proqram iştirakçının profilinə uyğun olaraq müəyyənləşdirilmiş mentorla görüşlərdən (12 saat), texniki biliklərin dərinləşdirilməsi məqsədilə müvafiq mütəxəssislə müzakirələrdən (12 saat) və mövcud konsepsiyanı əhatə edən mövzular üzrə sessiyalardan (6 saat) ibarətdir.
Müraciət, qiymətləndirmə və seçim prosesi şəffaf və obyektiv meyarlar əsasında təşkil olunaraq, müraciətçilər tələblərə uyğunluqları, motivasiyaları və rəqabətlilik prinsipi üzrə proqrama qəbul edilirlər.
Proqramın sonunda bütün iştirakçıların vahid keyfiyyət standartlarına uyğun peşəkar hazırlıq səviyyəsinə çatması əsas prinsip kimi qəbul edilir.
